asking TMo about 4.5

So in my frustration I asked TMo about when we'd have OS 4.5. I got a very interesting response:

"Dear Julie,

It's a lovely day at T-Mobile. Thank you for taking the time for contacting T-Mobile Web Correspondence. My name is Devin. Julie, it is to my understanding that you would like to upgrade the software. I can definitely understand, the importance of changing your software. I am pleased to be taking care of your inquiry today, and I will resolve it
for you as quickly as possible.

Julie, I would like to first apologize for the delay in responding to your e-mail. We are working diligently to get through each and every one
to get your issues taken care of. Recently we have received a larger than expected volume of e-mails and we are trying to respond as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately, we have not been given a date as to where we will soon have the software for the BlackBerry available on our website. However, it is available on RIM, the manufacture of the device.

Julie, I hope that the information that I provided was beneficial for your unique situation. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please reply to this e-mail or contact us at 1-800-937-8997. We value you as our customer and thank you for allowing me the chance to assist you with World Class Service today, and being with us since 08/29/2006.

So I am reading this as go get it from RIM and have at it. WTF?
 
Despite what this TMo rep says in this highly customer service oriented email that sounds like it was cut and pasted from something they mass generate,
I can advise you that the latest Officially released OS from RIM are available Here.
Anything else is a BETA and will not be found on this site.
