it doesn't depend on visitor's device(s). sometimes visitor's device may show incorrect time. i mean, maybe they wrong to add time when they configure the time.
im looking for php script to display correct visitor time. maybe it based on their IP. i know some php function like strftime() and also javascript can do like that. but i want to display the correct time that doesn't depen on visitor's device(s).
