The movie was probable Japanese I'm not 100% sure, and it might have been a short film part of some horror series.
A group of rambunctious friends accidentally kill this loner kid (he was on a bike when then started to mess with him and he got hit by a car). Then they find his book, and whoever looks at it dies some creepy death. I think eyes appeared in the book or something, and if you saw them you died. One kid tries to stay away from the book, but in the end he is surrounded by pages from the book and is forced to see the eyes. In the end, the last member of the group, a girl, is being questioned by the police and when they bring the book to her, she gauges her eyes out and starts laughing.
That's all I remember from that film...and the boy who was killed might have practiced dark magic before he died.
Another note: I think it was part of a multiple film series because I remember another short film about a girl with a broken leg in her apartment. She was constantly getting calls for some creepy stranger.
