your termination? your boss tell you verbally that you only have 30 days left to work to the company because of financial problem, 2weeks later your boss tell you that your termination is still TENTATIVE, and you JUST have to WAIT FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTION meantime you still continue to work as engineer. Now the 1 month is over (yesterday) and still you have not heard anything from him. Is he liable to pay you another 30 days as per uae law? TAKE NOTE: No written notice of termination is given.. Anybody in UAE please?
