as i was going 2 bed,i saw random black&white flashes,went by fast, but lasted long.

is that anxiety attack? I had just layed down in my bed, then all of a sudden i saw black and white flashes really quickly, but it lasted a few minutes. I couldn't control it, then i started seeing pictures in black and white. The night before my heart started racing for a few minutes and i couldn't stop it. are these anxiety/panic attacks or something else?
