another vehicle, who is liable? I immediatly reported the incident and had to fill in the accident report book. As part of the risk assessment the patch of dry ice was gritted and a traffic cone was put in position to stop anyone else skidding. My insurance is third party fire and theft, and I don't know who is liable!
