AS Human Biology Question?

im really stuck on one of the questions i need to answer about how closely related animals are:

describe how closely related the Australian tree frog is related to other species of frogs?

can anyone help?
thanks

This is based on the classification of organisms
Kingdom
Pylum
Class
Order
Family
Genus
Species

The more of these that two animals have in common, the more closely related they are. For example, Humans and Apes are all the same except fot the species, so we are very closely related.

All frogs have the same Order (anura), and all tree frogs have the same family (hylidae) including the australian tree frog, so certain types of frogs are more closely related than others. Toads are also in order anura. All frogs are pretty closely related to eachother, but it depends on the exact two frogs.
