i have never had a problem getting a major videogame without preordering, i don't understand why people do it.
Stores give people the impression that is a necessary thing in order to insure that they will have the sale.

I buy most of my games at bestbuy, not because I like it more. But because, everytime I ask for a new game at the local gamestop, they reply "Do you have a reserve". They never carry more than the preorders, just to drive up there sales.
