I pay them on time.
I give them days off if requested.
I give the benefits on holidays.
I support them like they are my own kids.
Damned if I treat them with respect and dignity and damned if I don't. Moreover, I have fired and hired over the years and find them mostly all the same. The rich has always helped them at a time of need and when the shi* hits the fan they blame us for everything. I hope scientists invent a productive employee robot one day soon.
