...there a downside to this? I am having a problem big time and I need professional advice on this matter.
I own a small business at home fixing machines as a repair technician and I am very professionat at fixing this machines. The problem is I have a competitor small business that does the same exact thing as me a few blocks away! Sometimes I would help out this other small business competitor, but I do notice all the customers go to them instead to me at my own business at home, that I run. The competitor always calls me to help fix them machines because no one else can fix these machines at a professional level.
So I am currently refusing to go with this competitor guys, because all of my customers goes to them, when I am the one, that fixes all of those complicated major machine problems.
So I need professional advice on this, because I find this confusing as hell, in that I am losing my customers to the other place. Thanks.
Thanks zeegirl8. So my main question to this. Do you think there is a down side to this or not necesserily? Because everyone knows how professional repair technician that I am. I am afraid of losing all customers to this other competitor and them not coming to my own shop. Thanks.
