...can get a real GM ? Ted Thompsons Draft picks suck he's broken this team and doesn't know how to fix it. We must find a real GM or suffer a 30 year losing streak.

No, he is doing an EXCELLENT job at helping the packers do their thing, which is SUCKING!

To CevS,
Aaron Rodgers is not the problem with this team. You clearly either don't watch football or you don't follow the team. Aaron Rodgers has performed fine. The problem with this team is that that they are getting beat up front. They have no defense. Rodgers, Jennings, Driver, Woodson and Harris aside, I think there was a huge overestimation of overall talent on the Packers going into the season.

Ted Thompson isn't going to lose his job despite the teams record. To answer the real question, I do think he should go anyway. It's not good for an organization to have a GM that is hated by the fanbase. While I sided with him about the Favre thing, I really really think what's happening to the Packers is indicative of his management style backfiring. If he doesn't spend the tidy pile of cash the Packers have on some talent this offseason and the Packers have another season like this, he better be gone for sure. While I think it's nice to try to focus on developing young players over playing the free agent market and that, the Packers need quality talent now. I can't for the life of me understand why they let Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila go in favor of of Justin Harrell or whoever... A quality Packers mainstay this whole decade in favor of yet another young guy who was picked within the last two drafts... And the guy hasn't done anything, and he gets injured all the time.

To the original question asker, I think it's a little overzealous to say if the Packers don't get a a new GM they're going to have a 30 year losing streak.
