As a home schooler, how do I go about giving my proof of education for a job?

I went to a job interview at Tim Hortons today, but the woman told me that since I'm home schooled, if I want to work full time (possibly part time, even), I would have to give her a paper stating my education and that I'm actually home schooled (since I'm under 18). I also just got off the phone with a Dunkin Donut's manager who wants to interview me tomorrow, but also mentioned that I will need a paper stating my education and such, simply proving that I am home schooled and have some form of education. The Tim Hortons manager told me that I would have to go to the public school in my town and have them fax the information to the restaurant. But the thing is, I'm not registered. Is there an easier way to go about this? :\
Thanks.

I have a job, I am fourteen and graduated. I was a Penn Foster student. They send you a student i.d. card with your name, and student number. If you have something like that, that should work. Also if you have good grades and have an online account you could print out some grades and show them. That's what I did :]
