Okay im just wondering the reason for artificial insemination...does people get it cause they cant get pregnant while having sex even though the sperm is going in u then also?....or when getting IUI the sperm is going in you trough a different way than just regular sex?...I hope somebody understand what Im asking.....I don't know if the sperm is going in you a different way trough artificial insemination.......does the sperm go Straight to your fallopian tubes or are the injecting the sperm into your uterus? Pleas help me out somebody
