Welcome timtyra :wave: I'll add you :D You should definitely still watch the show! :) Arthur/Morgana were AMAZING in season one :love: And even in season 2, though their scenes are few, the scenes they do have just ooze chemistry :in_love: And the two boys Arthur and Merlin are hilarious together, its definitely still worth watching :nod: And we've gotten some spoilers so it looks like there may be good things for Arthur/Morgana in season 3 as well!

ETA: first bit of news from the panel - there's pics of ASH doing interviews! And apparently the creator of Merlin (johnny capps?) announced that they call Merlin fans "Merkins" :lmao:

Okay more news...that just tells us how doomed we are. Everyone who saw season 3 footage said just two things: 1.) its action packed. 2.) ZOMG EVIL MORGANA -_- I guess lightswitch villain it is then :no: Also a blooper reel was shown! I want to see that so badly! And everyone said Bradley's interview was hilarious :D Also - There will be pixies in the new Merlin season. A shot of Arthur in a donkey spell. Dishevelled Morgana found in the wood. And there is debate over whether they were joking about a musical episode or whether its really happened
 
Hey, Neda. :hug: I like the Bradley quote -- but I think we'll have to shorten it to fit the character length for titles. :)
 
I agree, I think Colin and Angel had a great adorable chemistry and worked together really well. I will always miss their scenes from the first season :( I think it either means they don't share a lot of screen time or that they might be referring to the friendship where Gwen had a crush on him and they're saying that fizzled out. I can't imagine anything coming between them since Merlin is an A/G shipper and Merlin and Gwen = good and Morgana = bad :rolleyes:

You know what I realized? If you take our shippers list on this thread and add all the people from the Merlin thread who aren't on it, we have over 100-something shippers! :eek: Go team ArMor :yay:

As for title suggestions...there are some in the future titles thread at the Merlin board that we haven't used yet. We could also use the book exerpts I posted at my LJ (and I have more but I haven't posted them yet) or this quote from Bradley "we're introduced to Arthur and this strange relationship with Morgana, where they both fancy each other but are too proud to admit it!" (I think that's how it went)

Like you said on LJ, it's a 'family show' and they won't go the Morgana/Uther route. I can't imagine Uther smirking at his prized son. I like the Morgana and Uther relationship (paternal, not sexual), so I am looking forward to seeing her wrap him around her little finger. ASH did a great job with the oblivious infatuation of Katrina, so it will be amusing to see him lavishing attention on his ward.


Speaking of Camelot, has there been any word on who will play Lancelot?
 
I hope Katie does come to the light after seeing how much ArMor love there was at comic con :D But her answer worried me. I may be reading too much into it (I probably am, just because I'm paranoid) but the way she kept saying "They really are like brother and sister" and the way Angel keeps mentioning that we'll learn about the past of the characters makes me afraid that they're going to actually relate ArMor :no:

I have to say that I really dislike Gwen's new dress. Not attractive :nono: Her purple one was the best IMO

sorry arthur i don't mean to yell at you just at johnny capps for ruining the best love story on the century... i mean it they're the best love of the original arthurian century too! :lol:

all my hopes are hung on camelot for giving me good armor interactions so morgana can't marry lot unless when she's married to lot and he's married to gwen they *ahem* sword-twirl while gwen and lancelot hook up and lot can be getting to know morgause it would be perfect! i want armor i don't care how i have to twist my mind, they can be fully related and i'm halfway sure i'd still want them married with babies! or at least having some sword-twirling fun!

Yeah I'm hoping the issues of Sins of the Father will be addressed again, and it seems they just might be. Hopefully with Morgana as a catalyst. I will never buy her as evil because I will always be on her side, no matter what :P

Omg okay so I'm taking an ancient British history class and today my professor started going on and on about how I think Henry II or something claimed to have found Arthur and Guinevere's bodies together and had them reburied together for eternity blah blah blah and my professor was going on and on about Arthur and Guinevere and I was sitting there in my seat twitching the whole time doodling "Morgana" into my notebook and thinking "please change the subject....please change the subject..." Merlin has not done good things for my sanity :lol:

Haha yeah I'm so happy about Morgana too Bo :yay: I remember at Katie's panel someone asked her about that and she said that screentime is about the same but you're definitely more aware of Morgana when she's on screen this time. Which hopefully means she won't just be there for the pretty :D

Jess, it's perfectly fine not to think that Gwen is all that great. I, personally, find her shallow, self-serving, and with a bigger sense of entitlement than Morgana, who was reared as a royal ward. Talk a about a "spoiled princess", Gwen behaves the part far more than Morgana. G- is such a badly written mess of a character, I can't even see what attracts Arthur to her. Oh, I know in 2x01 G- fell on top of Arthur and shoved her boobs in his face. I guess he'd never come in contact with any since those of his wet nurse when he was a baby. :shrug:

As for throwing vegetables, we'd only do that if you need to make a salad, have a rabbit :bunny:, or if Colin Morgan drops by your house. (He's a vegetarian.)

This, of course, means a) there's quite a lot going on with ArMor and certain fans can't deal with it; b) there's very little of anything going on between the two parties of their particular ship -- so they project that on to a resented well-developed ship such as ArMor.
