Does anyone know what this type of art is called?

I think it's "Collage" or something, but when i type "Collage" into google images it doesn't come up with what i'm looking for.
It's when a large picture is made up of smaller pictures, i can only think of collage, look at the picture in the url above and tell me if you think you know what it's called.
