ok so it has to have two diffrent elements.

Perspective
Facial Featers
Found Object
Relief

i was thinking about making an effil tower out of seashells. but i dont know if thats considerd perspective. plz help this is for my art final and it has to be good!

making a mask out of something too would work. like a mask out of nails? pleas help me its due on tuesday!
 
Your idea of a mask from found objects sounds workable. Look at what this artist in the link below made of junk. Certainly you can do an even better one; you could make yours a wearable mask.
