I really want to study abroad in England this coming January. I don't want to live directly in London as large cities arent my thing. But I still want to be very close to London to come and go there as I please. So I was thinking somewhere in Hertfordshire or somewhere around there. Does anyone know any nice schools that would offer me to take art (more so photography) classes starting in January sometime? I'm a freshman in college in the USA by the way.
