art project help please?

for my GCSE i have to do a project based on a theme. so i chose identity and portraitism. it was going well because i decided to look at art nouveau (gustav klimt, gustav mucha) and i painted some pictures of people in ancient times like italy and rome. but i came to a stand still when i didnt know what to do. does anyone know any ideas or suggestions? i want to go back more into portraits and maybe stage make up. what do you think. confusing i know but please help! thanks
