okay so i have this art homework and we have been given a part of a picture, but i dont know who painted it,
its a harbour , and theres a kind of post... it looks like loads of tiny dots that make it up... i think possibly the name of the artist begins with an S but im not entirely sure..
i know its a longshot but i really appreciate the help,
