Art homework = draw a parody of a work of famous art.?

For my freshman art class, our assignment was to do a parody of a famous art piece (its suggested that its done in Boteros style (fat shapes and large colors) but i don't want to) and i have no idea of what to do or how to go about doing it.....i was thinking about using colored pencils or oil pastels if that helps....btw, like i said, its a freshie art class so please be realistic
