arranged marriages??? greek culture?

so if the women is the chooser of arranged marriages in say a greek culture. Say he doesnt like her. If she chooses him and so does all the family does he have to basically be with a woman that he doesnt want???
 
I believe the real question is in arranged marriages, if one does not like the other and they do not bond, what is keeping that person from acting out.
 
Yes. His only way out of it is if his parents back out of the arrangement before the wedding. If both sides of the family arrange the marriage and he is not happy, he still has to follow through with the marriage- unless he wants to risk being disowned.
