I am an American but I currently live in Japan, and I graduated from an International High School there. I am 19. On the army rotc scholarship application, what do I put for my address? Do I put down my address here in Japan? or my the address of some of my relatives in the US? what do I write down for state? the state in which my father is currently a resident of? or should I leave it blank? and I am also taking a gap year to raise some money. will that affect my chances of receiving a scholarship? or not? thank you very much.
