Ok..So the basics of my situation are: My fastest mile is in the late 10 minutes, I am going to JCLC Summer Camp in about two weeks, and my pushups SUCK! I can only do about 10 straight pushups. I know that I'm going into the Army and I have two years to train for it. I am going to be a junior when school starts back. I am able to run this summer but it's going to be hard for me to keep focused. Especially since I HAVE to do it alone. I have no one to train with and no one supporting me (when I am at home) I won't have a ride to get to any gyms and I have the area to run and practice PT, but I need advice on how to keep motivated. I need things like get posters, or sticky notes to help you remember.. Well not that cause I just said it, but for real I need some advice please...
