I am in the Army and got arrested for PI and my commander told the company about it at formation. I am in the Army Rehab Program and want to know if they can legally put my personal information out in the open like this?
I know they can talk about it but what about personal issues brought up in counseling? Can they just bring those up whenever they like because thats what I was talking about.
Also I was not driving I got a PI walking to a cab and actually didn't get any charges the cops dropped them.
