Army Pregnancy Separation?

I am 29 weeks pregnant and I have decided to separate from the Army. My separation date is on 14September2009. I started my chapter back at the end of June, beginning of July. My packet keeps getting denied because I was missing paperwork, or the wrong counseling form was provided to me, etc. I am 3 weeks from my separation date and my packet is still at the company level and has not been approved. My question is if I do not receive my DD 214 which allows me to separate by the 14th, what will happen to me? Can anyone please answer this question for me?
The father is in the picture when he wants to be. I have thought this through, and I know that I will be okay on the civilian side. I have a nursing license and will have a job after I have the baby. I don't think they are screwing up my paperwork on purpose but at the same time it wouldn't surprise me. The father is in the same company and is friendly with the command. I think they problem is they've replaced their retention NCO's twice since I started the paperwork and neither one of them really know what they are doing.
