Take Sudafed 45 minutes before you run. Seriously -- this will help A TON.

Also, a few hours before the run, try meditating: focus on each part of your body and feel it relax for about 10-15 seconds, starting with your toes, all the way up to your forehead. (It should take about an hour.) That should clear up your anxiety.

So I put a post up yesterday about my situation i'm in and now I am looking for some good advice.

I had to take a APFT test on short notice (Like 30 hrs or so) I took it and failed the run by 40 seconds and pushups by 8.

After the test, I realized that with all the running I have been doing (about 2 months) Running twice a day (Distance of 2-2.5 miles each running period) to drop weight, I didn't really concern myself with pushups and sit-ups and after i tested on them, I felt it before the run on the test. (I also was under the weather as well so that didn't help.)

So I have to take it again tomorrow, and so i don't have any time to train for the push-ups (I passed sit-ups). And so i was wondering is there really anything I can do to help boost me before I do the test to pass.

Also, I am a nervous wreck cause alot is riding on it (I HAVE to pass or I get kicked out) and people are telling me that the anxiety I have is also hurting me. Is there anything to kinda help calm me down (other than telling me, "oh just relax yourself" cause that is easier said than done!!!)

And yes I know I should of done this, or did that, and all that. I am aware of it. I just am looking for some tips or tricks or good ideas to help me out for tomorrow.
