Okay so I've been searching and searching and found out to no avail. But, my situation is this. I am a freshman at a community college and my grades aren't the best. My original plan was to get 28-30 credits and transfer to a university near me and join ROTC and commission as an officer after I get my degree.
But, I recently found out about the SMP the Army has and wants ask:
I'm done with my first semester but I haven't been doing so great. I was wondering if I can just quit, join the Army National Guard, go to basic and AiT.
can I come back and join a university, and do ROTC under contract there? Even if I have prior college experience, or is that gonna be a factor? Under the SMP, of course?
