Army N. Guard Suitability Review?

Wed. I have to go have a meeting in philly with an Army N Guard Officer..telling him why I want to fight for my country/join.. My recuriter told me its not a big deal. he gave me my shirt/hat/ back pack and says I swear in the 18th-22nd. at Meps..of this month. Im however a little nervous about meeting an officer of this rank and woundering why he needs to meet me in person? Please let me know
