Army MOS/Recuiting question?

Hello, I am an E-3 in the army, 11b. There are some great parts of being infantry, but overall, I am unhappy with it but dont really want to leave the army. I'm thinking about changing MOS's or becoming a recruiter to be closer to home. ANy suggestions or help you could give me?
 
You have a long time to do either.

The only way you will be able to change your mos, is to reenlist for it.

To be a recruiter, you must be a SGT who has reenlisted already.

There is a Corporal recruiter program, but that's for a one year assignment only.

When it is time to reenlist, then reenlist to change your MOS.

But remember even though you reenlisted and changed your MOS, you still hold that 11B MOS, and if the needs of the Army are that they need you to be an Infantrymen again, you will be an Infantrymen again.
