army mos from 11c to 11b vs 19b?

I am an 11c going back into the army. I didnt want to be an 11c(ive yet to meet any one that does), but was trained as that. I lucked out because I only spent 2 months as a chuck during my enlistment. I am thinking about going back in but don't know whether to change to 11b or 19d. Im worried that even if i switch my mos the army will just make me a mortar again.
 
the army needs more Bravos than Charlies so i think you'd be safe switching over. 19D and 11Bs are doing pretty much the same job in iraq/afghan right now, since everyone drives everywhere and most combat is house to house.
