My wife has numberous medical issues that require me to be there with her at times. She is Bi-Polar and she suffers from PTSD and when severaly stressed, causes her to have panic attacks that are just shy of heart attacks or worse. We have tried hundreds of medications with numberious doctors and it's hard for her to maintain stabability unless I'm there or close by (meaning at work on post). I just want to know if there is any type of waiver for deployments available. I have deployed more than once and this deployment is the worst as far as medically speaking. I want to continue my military career and retire but I need a special asignment that can guarentee state-side stabability. Can anyone please help me?
Army EFMP, can it stop deployments?
