Hello! I began to workout all the muscle groups of my arms since yesterday (I want volume).
I bought creatine, so, 10 minutes before the workout, I drank 1 creatine shake (5 gr) and I made my workout; yesterday I was eating a lot of proteinic meals.
My question is this: I've seen in many websites that they say that's not recommendable to workout the arms more than 1-2 times weekly, in order to allow the arms to recover.
Is this true? Should I wait for example, another two days and to workout again the arms?
Should I eat many many proteines daily, even if I won't workout (I only workout my arms)?
And what about the creatine? Should I take it only when I'll workout, or daily?
And the same thing with the L-Glutamine?
