I like the way we are all different and why wasn't it ...........girl meets boy ,girl loses boy ,girl gets boy and then dumps him again ..............sounRAB good to me but I think that one has been done to death :>)

Well, I prefer the old, old story: Droid meets droid. Droid becomes chameleon.
Droid loses chameleon, chameleon turns into blob, droid gets blob back
again, blob meets blob, blob goes off with blob, and droid loses blob,
chameleon and droid. How many times have we seen that story?

Nobody's saying it's a crap film, but to laud it as the best film ever (probably) is just pushing it about nineteen parsecs too far! As people here have said, this is a HW Blockbuster, which by their very nature usually don't have too much depth, as they rely mostly on the big names in them and the special effects.
My own favourite pictures, none of which I would put forward as the best ever, are

Shoot! You're right! HOW did I mix those guys up? Must be all this bad weather we're having, affecting the old interface! 
Yeah, checkout BO4J: when I first saw it I thought "Oh Christ no! Another gung-ho American Vietnam film!" But it is SO far away from that! Basically, it's like two films: The first one is Tom Cruise when he's at VN and then the second one is when he gets back as a veteran. It really takes off from there. Don't be discouraged, stick with it and I guarantee there'll be a tear in your eye at the end. Powerhouse performance by TC, AND based on a true story to boot!

Liv Tyler and Aerosmith's theme song for it were the only good things about the movie and even then I've still never been able to watch it all the way through in one sitting.
