Arm weakness after shoulder twitch?

Hello, I am a 24 year old male and I have had muscle twitching all over my body for about 9 months now. It would come and go for weeks at a time and leave no side effects. However, about 3 weeks ago I had a twitch in my left thigh that lasted 12 hours and left it feeling sore. It healed the next day. Next, I had it in my left arm near the elbow with no soreness. Thought nothing of it until it hit my right side under my shoulder blade.

A twitch started and didn't go away for 5 days. It wasn't constant and it was at first very noticeable and then at the end I could only feel by touching the area with my fingers. After the twitching stopped I noticed my arm felt odd but thought it was tired from all the twitching. Two weeks later it is still weaker than my left. I can still lift things but even something like a glass of water feels heavier when I use the right arm. Is this real or perceived weakness?

No real pain is present... lately my right side neck has ached but I think maybe that is because my right arm is heavier now or muscles are messed up? Some dull aching pain in shoulder blade but only lasts for a very short time. My right hand is also stiff and I have trouble grasping small objects because it causes hand to shake. Writing has become difficult as well.

What could this be? I did have an ulnar nerve entrapment last year but now my whole arm and neck is in trouble? Could this be something simple like carpal tunnel? I am fearful that it is ALS now because of the arm weakness... I understand that is a hallmark sign.

Please advise, I am very worried and cannot get to a doctor for about a month.

Thank you.
