Arlington Road

Careful you're perilously close to David Icke territory.

Just because inter-dimensional reptiles don't exist doesn't mean they're not out to get you. ;)

The idea is scary enough, because the films shows that if you are white, middle class, and have the will, you can do the same sort of horrific things as 'those turban-wearing lot"
from across the seas.

It turns the common perception of a terrorist on its head, and places it in the suburbs, to scare you into becoming paranoid - that nice family across the street that go out on bike rides every Sunday - what else are they up to?

Yeah?

Thank you.

Look, Darth Vader doesn't scare me anymore, because I don't believe in lightsabres or the force (anymore/yet).

But the idea behind Arlington Road is scary, because they could be out there, but you won't know, because they will appear to be a great family unit. The fact that you think it's an unrealistic concept just goes to show that they're doing their job well. :D

I never said domestic US terrorists didn't exist.

They're mostly right wing nutjobs though who believe in Z.O.G.

A concept which is only slightly less credible than the premise of Arlington Road.
