an illegal immigrant cannot vote...legally. if they want to vote using someone else's name, that is identity theft also.

you are making the assumption border patrol will actually respond...they won't.

Immigration already refuses to deport illegals as it is.

hand guns make noise, that will bring more guards and dogs some are always going to get across but barbed wire and dogs are alot cheaper than electronic bs. more imposing looking too

Great idea. Give every illegal crossing the border a cell phone upon leaving Mexico. we can use the cell phone balloons to track them, and they can use the cell phones to call their relatives in Mexico and the US when the Coyotes hold them for extra ransom money.
