Argue against Naturalism?

I would like to hear from some people their views against naturalism? I am doing a report and would like to see what others think.

I don't think anyone can offer a better argument than Kant.

In his work The Critique of Pure Reason, He argues the following:

If reason cannot proof weather there is or there isn't a metaphysical world.
It follows that reason is limited to the physical world.
Therefore reason cannot know if there is or there isn't a metaphysical world.
