Arggh, Not so much a question. More of a rant. Should i move on?

There's a guy I like. I thought he liked me too but I'm not so sure now. I thought he like me because:
-I always see him looking at me
-He always talks to me as if he was trying to impress me.
-My friend told him i liked him and he said i thought so but that was it.
-A girl in my year told him that none of the girls in my year liked him because he was a freak. he text me askin me if that was true and he knew i liked him. but i couldn't text back because i had no money.

But. .
-He asked out a girl i dont like and he was at the beach one day and he saw her and text her saying she looked good in a bikini. and he asked her out aswell and he told my friend he really likes me.

Should i tell him how i feel about him or should i just forget about him?
 
Forget about him because he is playing games and if he wanted to date you he wouldn't be dating that other girl,
 
oh hell naw forget about him if he really liked you, then he would have asked you out not that other girl, he's a lier just move on
 
If i was you, id ask him if he wanted to do something. See what happens. You never know, he may like you! See what he says. If you go out with him, kiss him on the 1st date, show him u cant be used and that u mean buisness. Hope that helped :)
 
Forget about him, it might be hard but thats what would probably be best. If he asked out another girl even though he likes you then maybe he's lying or if he is telling the truth then what is to stop him doing this again? good luck
