Are you texting, while checking your e-mail, while chatting on your cell, while...

What you're really asking... in my opinion... is... am I that irresponsible to text, check emails and chat on a cell while trying to drive on the interstate and jeopardize my life and the lives of others? Am I that rude to do all of this while I have someone trying to talk to me? No... not me.
I give my attention to my driving first. I don't use a cell phone at all while driving. I can't pay attention decently, if I have a phone in my hand.
Even if I am not driving, I would never be so rude to another person with me by talking on a phone while trying to hold a real time conversation with someone.
This is supposed to be "common sense" and good manners.

Absolutely not. If someone does, i would think that is a kind of a bad attitude. Whenever one is having a conversation with a person who busy himself texting, the person with a phone on his hand is showing disrespect. How could one give his full attention to the other person on the other end if his on e mail? How could somebody be retentive enough to the words of his fellow if his texting. Probably that person could never give a sincere reaction to whatever his convertionalist is talking. He may be asking something or getting into an argument but what would be the situation like in such instance. That is very awful. Such an act I don't want to tolerate with myself.
