Are you sick of the whining like I am?

I see Pats fans, Cowboys fans and Colts fans crying about the apparent "unfairness" of the NFL playoff setup. I don't cry that the Giants had the hardest schedule in the NFL, that they play in the most powerful division in the NFL or even that their division is in the more powerful of the two conferences do I? The NFL has always been this way. Sometimes it works for you, sometimes it works against you. I think it's perfectly fair. What do you think?
Jason K - The Colts fans aren't happy about having to play at Qualcomm Stadium. A few on here have expressed that sentiment.

ATLDirty - You're half right. The problem with the NFC East is that the teams tend to chew on each other. The Falcons were a great story this year but had a weak schedule and got hot near the end, which is a great thing. I'd say the East and South are about even, but there's no way I'd say another division is stronger than the East this year. It was thought that all the wildcards would be from the East earlier this season.

What Patriots fans are crying? If we are unhappy, it is the memory of the perfect pass that Gafney missed against the Colts or the Jets game that got out of hand on Thursday night about a month ago. The Patriots should have been 13-3, that's the sad part. They lost to the Dolphins and the Jets. They should have won that division and they didn't. Wait till next year.

Some fans whine a lot because their team with a good record didn't make it to the playoffs this year & they have no reason as to why this had happen to them & their team. I just wish each & every fan of any NFL team they root for would understand that in order to make it to the playoffs, either have your team win its division or win enough games & have another team in their conference lose in order to win a wild card spot. Yes, it's tough & at times it can be unfair, but that's all part of life & we all must move on with it.

I am with you. It has always been like this. you don't hear them crying when it works in their favor. They are just pissed.

im sick of the whining too but did u just say they play in the strongest division?? maybe in the other years that would have been ok to say but this year the nfc south is the strongest division this year. they had a shot at having 3 teams in the playoffs. that division is the strongest in the nfl this year. both divisions had every team at or above a .500 average. but the south had two teams with winning percentages of .650

Its only one year but they can't take it. Do the Colts not like playing outside or what?

the giants didnt have the hardest schedule.. the lions schedule was harder.. we didnt get to play st louis or cinci
