Husband arrested and charged with felony possession of stolen vehicle because the moving truck rental is being turned in late. Also has charge to be extradited back to the state it was to be returned in. He has never been in trouble or arrested for anything. He's supposed to see the judge tomorrow. For this felony will the judge set bail and I can get him out? Or will he have to be transported by cops to the state that wants to extradite him? Or will the judge lessen the charge? I had a miscarriage and we lost our baby yesterday. Will the judge let him come home soon for my medical emergency? I still may have to have surgery in the next 2 days that is life-threatening.
