I joke about myself constantly. The fact that I'm only an A-Cup bra size, for instance. Or the fact that my attention span is about as big as... well, my boobs.
You MUST laugh and joke about yourself. It's a preemptive strike. Cause eventually somebody else is going to do it to you anyway.

you have to be able to laugh at yourself if you want to stay sane, but making fun of others is always risky.
