are you less likely to get pulled over for window tint if you have a nice car? if you live in a good area and have a nice car like a new Mercedes or BMW and you get a window tint, not like black but like a 35% tint are you less likely to get pulled over? because isn't the point of the tinting law so that police can see in the car to see if you have weapons and stuff. i'm asking if the fine is the same if the vehicle is expensive, im asking if they are less likely to pull you over for tints if you have a nice car. because the law is there so gang members in like 98 impalas cant shoot the cop through their black tinted windows.
