Are you for setting a date and "Cutting and Run in Iraq?"

Nah, they have been addressed over and over again........The topic is should we cut and run in Iraq, not to go off in 10 different directions........

You can answer them if you like though..............

What you don't seem to get is that most people who you would think of as being liberal don't think you can so easily label people.

If a person is truly a liberal, they'll say it and be proud of it, but most people just try to figure out what the best solution to a problem is.

They don't think:
"What's the conservative solution, because that's the only one I'll use."
or
"Let's make sure the solution is a liberal one, because that can be the only answer."

No, they most likely say:
"Let's find the most pragmatic solution to this problem that will reap the most benefits for the most people, who cares if it's liberal or conservative."

Only the weak-minded who can't think for themselves will cling to labels.
They need a prescription for their thought process.
It's funny that the more likely choice of prescription for these types of people is what they think of as a "conservative" stance.
They put that iron plating on their cranium and stick the "conservative" label on it.
And they wear their little label as a badge of honor, when it's really a red flag proclaiming their shallow intellect.

Voice of Reason:
"Negotiations with the Sunnis are taking place every day....Tell us something new...........

I have to give you credit their Michael, you have the left wing talking pints down pat.............

That said it would be a huge mistake to set a timetable for leaving Iraq................This president will stay until the job is done........"

The question should be negotiations with which Sunnis. Negotiations have gone on for about a month now with some "leaders" becoming a part of the new government. The daily body count remains the same. The current offer is amnesty. Even if they accept amnesty, do you trust them? The local Sunnis Muslims in their own country is much more clear cut. We wouldn't have to trust them. If they want to continue hostilities, we have a front line and can conduct conventional warfare.

Nice to label and dispose of what I am saying. That takes less effort than considering what I am saying and thinking about it. Have you ever thought where we would be right now if Colin Powell or John McCain or anyone else with military credibility were president? WE WOULD NOT BE IN THIS QUAGMIRE! Bush and his close circle of neo conservatives are making the decisions. Bush has only National Guard experience, and his advisors all avoided the draft or didn't serve. They are business people and professional politicians. Karl Rove is a professional mouth that has never has his chubby butt in a foxhole or an armored patrol carrier.

Every additional day we stay in Iraq, the richer Haliburton gets. About a dozen, huge, corporate GOP sponsors are getting rich and controlling Iraq oil fielRAB. If you want to read the literature to the neo conservative think tanks in the late 1990's, they had it all planned, especially the invasion of Iraq and US access to Iraqi oil by establishing a friendly, democratic government.

As defined by Liberal here in the U.S........If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck then you can be assured its a duck...........

A perfect example is John Kerry........In a non biased study last year it was found that his voting record was 96.5 percent liberal, even to the left of Teddy Kennedy..........When asked last year if he was a Liberal he would not answer......

Stand up and be counted Libs.....don't be afraid...........

Your beloved hero Kennedy called the situation in Iraq a quagmire the other day and was qucikly rebutted by the 3 generals in charge of the military and of the operations in Iraq...........

And now we are back to the same ol stale rhetoric about Haliburton....

If we were in it for the oil, why aren't we getting any? Why is oil $60. a barrel?

This left wing spin has been covered at length...give it a break........

Botom line is we are there and we need to finish the job..............And with this president we will do it in spite of whinners like you......

Your boy kerry got beat by 3,000,000 votes..........Libs are not running this country...........Get use to it.........

Its possible he

1) voted for Kerry
2) Voted for bush
3) Voted for a third party
4) threw away his vote
5) was too young to vote

You stand a 1/5 chance of being correct, VoR.

Mucusaur, you missed one.

6) He is not a US citizen

Still, VOR has a tendency to change the subject away. One time I even called Kerry a flaming douchbag that was a horrible candidate but VOR replied with his classic "Kerry is your Idol" reply.

Michael, don't worry about VOR completely avoiding a honest discussion. Perhaps when VOR enters high school and gets a education he will be of worth to discuss things with.
