Are you for or against the health reform bill which Obama wants passed? What...

The one he wants passed or the Finance Comm. bill?

In regard to the Finance. Comm. bill, I'm for it although I wish it still had the public option.

Post-grad. degree

Just as an aside, I understand why you ask and am not criticizing, but a person's education level is not a guarantee of their knowledge and, in most cases, is not a reflection upon their intelligence.

*EDIT* Just read the actual bill instead of the media summaries. WTF!!! First, how could the media miss this and second, WTF? I hope Max Boughtus at least gets a big fruit basket for Christmas from Big Insurance.

- workers can only opt out of employer sponsored insurance if it exceeds 12.5% of their income. Appropriately, under the "Anti-Crowd Out" Approach section. Should be called the "Protect Big Insurance Approach."
- tie this in with mandatory auto enrollment for employers with over 200 employees under the proposal for Individual Requirement and you have an insurance company's dream of customer that has limited ability to negotiate.

THIS is what took him so long?

I am strongly against it. I have a High School education, with no College Credits. However, I do have 30 plus years of making a living, paying taxes, and trying to live within the restrictive rules and regulations stuck on me by The Government.

for, hoping that it will eventually be extended to a higher level. (socialized medicine) the main reason I share this view is that I have had brain tumors ( and my pituitary gland removed ) and been on life support medicine my entire life.

insurance left me to die, as did the government. so I only hope this comes before I need my next surgery.

and I am currently a highschool grad, continuing into college once my family sells the house.

0'bama has not endorsed one plan or the other.
There was five, now six plans under consideration in congress. The one that passed the house is not deficit neutral and he said he would not sign such a bill so there is no way to determine exactly what he wants passed.

I have an MBA from Seton Hall University.
