...years in the army reserve? Im asking this because I am debating whether to do it for 2-3 years or the full 6. because either way the contract is going to be for 8 years anyways. And also after the 2-3 years of the contract wouldnt I become IRR? Meaning i wouldnt be doing the one weekend a month 2 weeks a year deal?? And lastly while listed as a IRR are you still being paid anything??? thanks alot for your time.
