Are You Allowed To Ride A Honda CBR125R or Honda CBR250RR On A Learners Permit?

I'm looking for a bike and i'm keen on either a Honda CBR125R or Honda CBR250RR. But the Transport SA website doesn't have them on their list of eligible bikes. Everybody that is selling them says they are perfect for learning on. But I don't want to spend 3-4k on a bike and then find out i can't use it. Please provide any websites you use or anything so that i can try and find this out myself.
