...healthy?)? I use to weigh 144 lbs, I dropped to 102 lbs but now I am 115. My goal weight WAS 100 lbs but I screwed up and ate to much thus gaining weight. At 5' 3" none of those weights are TERRIBLE but I would like to stay under 115 lbs and with my love of food it is hard to find a happy medium between exercise and calories. I like running/sprinting as well but I get easily embarrassed so I am thinking about doing it at night... but in my city that is dangerous.
