3 years ago i signed on with vodafone and the phone came with a mobile tv ap. they told me that after 3 months of it being free that i would have to call up and cancel it. i totally forgot and ended up paying an extra ?5 a month for this thing i never even used or remembered i had. i continued paying it without realizing the extra charge ( yeah i know pretty dumb of me). now ive renewed my contract and looking at the bill i noticed this extra monthly purchase. i called them up and they said it had been transferred to this new phone. i asked him to remove it and said i dint want it. he said fine and told me it was gone. now my new bill has arrived, and its still there?! im still paying for it. did he lie to me or is it just a technicality. im going to call again tomorrow but how can i know they are really removing it or just taking me for a ride? have you ever had this problem?
Are Vodafone ripping me off? did they lie to me?
