4 years ago my soon to be brother in law and I made a verbal agreement and he took the photos at my wedding. After 4 years and some harsh words from both sides, my last resort is small claims court. He claims since it is photography the pics are his and he doesn't even have to let me see them. I want my pics but dont want to be made a fool in court...anyone know for sure?
Are verbal agreements binding when dealing with photography.?
